Dr Zusin is an excellent dental surgeon, who patiently explains all procedures and genuinely cares about his patients. I am also pleased with his dental hygienists who are very skilled, patient and caring. Great job! I travel 60 miles roundtrip to avoid changing dentists.

Anonymous             Dec 17, 2008     I want to start off by saying that everyone in your office has given me excellent service, with the exception of one encounter with one of your receptionists. On a rainy day I was late for my appointment due to freeway traffic. I arrived, the receptionist was very cold to me because I was late. I asked, "Will I still be seen, or should I reschedule?" Your office accomodated me (thank you). The next day I called the office, spoke with Kathleen (who is wonderful!) and she was able to find an afternoon appt only a few weeks out.

The receptionists greet me personally & tell me exactly what is happening, when I can expect to be seen, answer my insurance questions etc. Kathy had cleaned my teeth a number of years back, she was just as nice as always & very helpful too, with many good suggestions. Kathy introduced me to Dr. Zusin for the first time and he was very pleasant even bringing me a referral card himself rather than leave it to the staff. My only wish is that I could get all my dental taken care of by Dr. Wang & Dr. Zusin. Dr. Wang is wonderful. If I need dental procedures, here is where I want them done. I have terrible anxiety when going to public places & your office relaxes me as soon as I arrive. Really, thanks to everyone.

Dr. Zusin and Daniel was very detailed after the surgery with all the instructions. That was important for me..Thank you to everyone from the front desks esp. Mrs. Zusin for making sure that my insurance covered the implant surgery, and all the other assistants. I like the fact the doctor checks up on the patients the day after...Very professional overall...Nothing I can think of right now how things could be better.
